At Decarba, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification once our warehouse processes your refund or shipment.
